REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Family Court Fraud Warrior Project.

All Sales Final

Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on buyer's remorse, change of mind, incorrect size selection, or dissatisfaction with design or color.

Quality Guarantee

While we do not accept general returns, we stand behind the quality of our products. We will replace or refund items that arrive:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective or with manufacturing flaws
  • With printing errors or misprints
  • Incorrect item sent (wrong product or design)

Reporting Issues

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at help@fraudwarrior.org with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the defect, damage, or error
  • Description of the issue

Resolution Process

Once we receive your claim with supporting documentation, we will:

  1. Review your claim within 2-3 business days
  2. Approve eligible claims for replacement or refund
  3. For approved replacements: produce and ship a new item at no cost to you
  4. For approved refunds: issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund or replacement:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance (unless defective)
  • Custom or personalized items without manufacturing defects
  • Items reported more than 14 days after delivery

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For approved replacements, we will cover shipping costs for the replacement item.
